Please refer to the estimated shipping information displayed on each individual product page before placing your order.
We work hard to ensure every order arrives within the estimated delivery window. However, unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally happen.
If your order is not delivered within the estimated shipping timeframe stated on the product page, we’ll make it right: you will receive $5 in store credits that can be used toward a future purchase.
Store credit compensation applies only after the estimated delivery period has fully passed and may require order verification before being issued.
